The OAR Success Foundation (Opportunity Achievement Responsibility Success) Foundation (formerly the Epsilon Pi Foundation) was founded in 2015 by the members of Epsilon Pi Boulé of the Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity. The Foundation is a charitable organization (501(c)(3)) that has as its core purpose expanding opportunities for young men in North Texas. The OAR Success Foundation supports education and training activities that strengthens character, creates knowledge, expands perspectives and enhances values of our young men. We achieve this through our signature OARSmen program.
The mission of the OARSmen program is to equip young men with college and life preparedness skills, access to resources and mentorship that propels them to a successful future and ensures they are prepared to become well-rounded young men who lead their lives with honor, respect and integrity.
