Our Needs

We say "rescue one until there are none," and we do not turn away from the injured or hard to adopt animals. Our need for medical and training funds is critical and ongoing. We are an all-volunteer organization therefore 100% of your donation goes directly to the animals in need.

Mission

Paws In The City is an all-volunteer nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization committed to ending the abuse, neglect and overpopulation of Dallas/Fort Worth area dogs. Our goal is that every adoptable dog finds a loving home. Paws In The City has spent many years rescuing and healing the abused, neglected and abandoned animals of our community. Our long term goal is for Dallas (and the surrounding metropolitan area) to be a no kill city.

Needs

100% of each dollar is used for medical care, food, shelter or training for pets in crisis. Help us care for our adoptable pets by providing funds for their care.

Equity Statement

Paws in the City is an all volunteer animal rescue based in Dallas, Texas. We have no wage or salary expenses and rely exclusively on volunteers. All funds donated to Paws in the City go directly to program expenditures directly related to the health and well being of our animals and the infrastructure expenses needed to find them a permanent home.
