We Think Improv Can Save The World!  Since 2017 we have been trying to save the world with Improv.   At Stomping Ground, we know comedy changes lives. That’s why we set out to create a comedy theater that’s inclusive to all and giving back to our neighbors every day. Improv For Life offers experiential and psycho-educational learning in a fun, interactive, and engaging method while using improv.  Finding a mental health care provider is hard these days and inaccessible, over 15 million Texans live in communities with not enough mental health care professionals.   On top of that it's expensive, time-consuming, and sometimes can seem unapproachable for many. Improv for Life equips the community with mental health tools through free and low cost programming in a short amount of time.  Not to mention that everyone is laughing and connecting while learning key life-changing tools!  We love what we do and so do our students--there is a great demand for our programming and with your help of a few dollars, we can get those programs out there to the people who need them most.

We offer psycho-educational, skill-building improv classes and workshops for:
