OUR PASSION AND PURPOSE
Our passion is oral health, and we aim to raise awareness about its importance. Our charitable dental clinic compassionately ministers hope specifically to help the vulnerable population in our Garland community and surrounding communities in Dallas County. This marginalized population comes from all stages of life, has very diverse backgrounds, and lives in poverty. Frequently forgotten and neglected, they lack access to resources for dentists and go without much-needed dental care. Many are living with severe dental pain while enduring difficult circumstances and hardships. Others are actively receiving help from other nonprofit organizations that have well-established recovery programs for either alcohol or drug addiction, homelessness, or domestic violence and or abuse.
The Grace Center Texas helps meet the dental needs of these individuals because we understand how years of poor dental care directly affect people's overall physical health. Our purpose is to encourage our patients by relieving their dental pain and restoring their dental health while educating and teaching them proper oral hygiene to promote overall physical health. We also want to bring new smiles to their faces as they continue to work hard to overcome their struggles and become self-supporting and contributing community members.

TREATING PATIENTS
In 2023, The Grace Center Texas' volunteer staff treated nearly 200 patients and volunteered over 1,500 clinical hours. Over $500,000 of dental healthcare services were provided, all at NO COST TO ANY OF OUR PATIENTS!!!
At The Grace Center Texas, our dental professionals and staff diligently work to improve the oral health of each patient we treat and serve. We educate our patients on brushing and better caring for their teeth!
Our services include the following dental procedures:
•Comprehensive Oral Exams,
•Full Series of Digital Dental X-rays
•Dental Cleanings
•Tooth-colored fillings
•Extractions of teeth
•Root canal treatment
•Crowns
•Partial and Complete Dentures
Below are our patient acceptance guidelines:
1. Must be actively participating in a partnering nonprofit program,
2. Live either in Garland or a surrounding community in Dallas County,
3. Family household income level must be at or below the federal poverty level,
4. Not have or be eligible to obtain private or state-funded dental insurance.

The Grace Center Texas is a 501(c)(3) public charitable organization that compassionately serves the forgotten by providing dental treatment to the neglected, overlooked, and vulnerable at no cost to the patient. We are 100% donor-supported!
We also need volunteers (dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants) to help one day a week or even one day a month! You will be blessed as you help those who have been overlooked, forgotten, and unserved.
