Project 4031 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers no-cost services to terminally ill children and adults to strengthen their end-of-life stories. We are located in Fort Worth, Texas, and assist families struggling to meet basic needs through financial support and fulfilling last dreams. Our goal is to provide a better quality of life and allow hospice and terminally ill patients to end life well.

Thanks to supporters like you, Project 4031 has reached a significant milestone in serving over 1,000 terminally ill people and their family members since its inception. Our work would not be possible without support from our community. In 2023 through NTX Giving Day over $25,000 was raised to support our growing services and the needs of the hospice and palliative care patients we serve are greater now than ever before.  Thank you for your support in 2024!  This year in 2024 we have seen a large growth in programming. Project 4031 is budgeted to serve 180 patients in 2024, as of August 23rd, 2024 we have served our 148th patient and nor projecting to reach 250 patients by December of 2024.

Our Needs

Project 4031 offers no-cost services to terminally ill children and adults with a current life expectancy of six months or less. We do our very best and make every effort to help struggling families meet basic needs and make Dreams come true for those unable to fulfill them on their own. 

Your gift can help: 

  • $20,000 - Sustains an entire month's worth of patients. 
  • $10,000 Supports 15 families through their most challenging times. 
  • $5,000 - Pays one month of rent/ mortgage for five families. 
  • $2,500 - Covers one month of utilities for eight families. 
  • $1,000- Ensures one family stays in their home for another month.
  • $500 - Keeps the power on during a hot Texas Summer. 
  • $250 - Feeds a family of 3 for two weeks.
  • $150- Fulfill a last dream for one patient.
  • $50- Provide financial support towards the cost of a comfort item for a patient on hospice care.
  • $25- Provide a gift card to support travel for one patient or their family member to be able to say goodbye.
  • $15- Provide grocery assistance for struggling families.

Every end-of-life story is unique, and every gift matters during North Texas Giving Day! Our goal is to raise $25,000 to support the growing needs of our patients facing end-of-life challenges. 

Mission

The Project 4031 mission is to provide terminally ill children, adults and their families facing end-of-life challenges with peace and comfort by easing financial burdens and fulfilling their last dreams.
