Brighter Community Charitable Foundation (BCCF) was established March 2010 under the name Phi Psi Zeta Charitable Foundation with the purpose of providing scholarships, community development and women's health awareness through volunteer community outreach services in the North Texas Region.
A major project initiative of BBCF is our scholarships, which are awarded annually to graduating high school seniors.

Brighter Community Charitable Foundation (BCCF) is a non-profit organization that supports education initiatives, community development/outreach, and women's health awareness through volunteer services in the North Texas Region.
Needs
Our biggest need is monetary donations as this will help to support our efforts to provide book and tuition scholarships to underprivileged students in North Texas.
Scholarships help to lessen the impact of tuition costs, ensure students have more time to focus on their studies, and help to reduce or eliminate the number of loans students need to complete higher education.
Equity Statement
Inequities in higher education still exist and especially for students of underprivileged backgrounds. Access to college funding and scholarships remains as challenge as many of these students come from schools where the access to proper college prep is limited.
BCCF strives to help support students successfully complete college by providing scholarships to lessen the financial costs of higher education.
