Agape Resource & Assistance Center, Inc.

Agape Resource & Assistance Center (Agape), a 501 (c ) 3 non-profit, began operations in 2013 as an innovative servant ministry of peace and justice committed to provide housing and transformational support services to homeless women, moms and their children that empower them to move from crisis and poverty to fulfilling self-sustaining lives. We do this through a collaborative community continuum of care that enables Agape to connect with like-minded agencies to provide safe, stable housing, transformational support services and empowering hope to single women with a focus on single moms and their children. Agape addresses the critical needs of homeless women in Collin County, with a specific focus on single moms and their children through Housing 4 Hope (H4H), a unique program created exclusively to serve women led families by providing not only safe, stable housing, but transformational programs. H4H meets the needs of our most vulnerable population through a holistic program that a) focuses on helping & healing children to improve the whole family; b) empowers women to set realistic personal goals for self sustainability; c) provides the means and accountability supports to achieve their goals; d) leverages limited resources by collaborating with likeminded individuals, service groups, and agencies; e) and facilitates healing mind, body and spirit through counseling (mom & kids), nutrition, health care and education.
