The mission of the Dallas Ballet Company is to provide quality pre-professional training and performance opportunities to aspiring dancers in a disciplined and nurturing environment, encouraging personal accomplishment and fostering a life long appreciation of dance to the benefit of the local community and the future of dance arts.
The Dallas Ballet Company, under the direction of Brent and Judy Klopfenstein, and supported by a patron's Guild, achieves its goals through full-length ballet productions, a challenging repertoire, guest choreographers, master classes, travels abroad, local performances, regional festivals, and awarding merit scholarship for summer workshops.
In order to achieve our goals each year, we rely on donations from patrons, family and friends of the ballet. This year the Company will be working with guest choreographers, designing new costumes, presenting The Nutcracker to a 2500+ audience, traveling to Regional Dance America Festival in the spring, and awarding scholarship to talented dancers to attend Summer Intensives.
