To empower every young adult with barriers to employment to have an equal chance of embracing a quality of life they desire and deserve to have.
Funding to support: a) Training two in-house trainers to mentor new trainers. b) One administrative staff person to schedule small groups, recruit agencies and schools interested in a collaborative effort to develop interagency agreements that meet the needs of young adults with barriers to employment. c) Start-up funds to demonstrate one group 20-hrs training positive outcomes with trainers, materials & participant evaluations. d) Consider expanding this program on a National level since 2-yr pilot study revealed both the trainer and content ratings were well above average.
