Pathfinders is a non-profit organization with the mission of empowering families and individuals to find their path from poverty to self-sufficiency. Our Mentoring program matches trained volunteer mentors with low-income families and veterans who are struggling to overcome the bonds of poverty, homelessness or reentry after incarceration. Our Financial Capability program provides financial education and coaching for low and moderate income individuals throughout Tarrant County.
Pathfinders matches volunteer mentors with individuals and families in need. Mentors share their skills and life experience with low income families struggling to overcome poverty, veterans, and the reentry population. Volunteers may mentor individually or in group settings.
