Our mission is to reduce homelessness among families of school children in crisis, who are enrolled in the Grand Prairie Independent School District, by providing emergency assistance, temporary shelter, and life skills training for their parents.
Funds are needed to shelter families with children in Grand Prairie. Additional funds will allow LifeLine Shelter to broaden the number of children served that are homeless or are about to become homeless by intervening with emergency funds. The city of Grand Prairie does not have a shelter, instead, the LifeLine program houses families in apartments.
