M-CCC is dedicated to promoting the welfare of feral (aka “community” or “stray”) cats in the cities of Hurst, Euless, Bedford and adjoining cities. This is accomplished by conducting the humane method of trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) to control the community cat population and through any related activity or method that benefits community cats. M-CCC also educates the public and city officials as to the positive effects to the community of TNVR.
