Mid-Cities Care Corps (MCCC) is a volunteer organization with a mission to preserve independence and well-being of Senior Neighbors in Northeast Tarrant County. MCCC has three programs to provide help, hope, and healing to our young-at-heart seniors: Transportation, Helping Hands, and Social Outreach. Transportation includes accommodations to medical appointments and necessary errands. Helping Hands comprises lawn maintenance, home repairs, safety checks, and the construction of wheelchair ramps. Social Outreach includes monthly social events as well as a team of visiting friends and "phone friends" circle. All services are provided by caring volunteers at no cost to our clients and we do not income qualify. We serve 11 communities in NE Tarrant County and are supported by churches, civic groups, businesses, and friends. For more details, please visit our website.
MCCC needs volunteers and contributions to support our three programs: Transportation, Helping Hands, and Social Outreach, with compassion and care for our senior clients. If you or someone you know has a passion for volunteering with seniors, please contact us. We would love to hear from you!
