Pamper Lake Highlands (PLH) is changing diapers, changing lives. PLH seeks to break the cycle of poverty and empower families by requiring weekly attendance to one of several offered programs including multi-denominational Bible study, ESL, parenting classes, counseling, financial literacy, and job readiness in order to receive weekly diapers. Free curriculum-based, onsite childcare is offered while families attend classes to reduce barriers to services and increase kindergarten readiness.
We are in need of financial support to cover the cost of programming. This includes rent, adult and children's curriculum, nutritious snacks, supplies, diapers/wipes and salaries for our site coordinator, child care workers and director. Additional needs include: Volunteers to teach ESL and donations of diapers and wipes.
