To provide substance abuse treatment to individuals that empowers them to choose a substance free lifestyle, and to provide education and alternative activities in schools and community settings that promote healthy life choices as well as working to effect environmental changes that reduce the likelihood of alcohol and drug abuse within our communities.
Funding to expand educational offerings to under-funded or excluded populations within our State-defined region based on limitations of current State funding. Classes such as Anger Management for Youth & Adult, Parenting Skills Training, and Substance Abuse/Awareness Education. Also, funding to upgrade five existing facilities operating with 12 to 15 year old equipment and systems in technology and communications to increase staff efficiency and enhance effectiveness in service delivery.
