American College of Healthcare Executives of North Texas Foundation, also known as ACHE of North Texas Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) organization promoting healthy communities and developing healthcare leaders in under-championed communities.  

Recently founded by a philanthropic group of ACHE of North Texas members looking to give back and leverage the vast professional healthcare talent within the ACHE professional association for community good, ACHE of North Texas Foundation was born.  The Foundation is unique in that it is 95% run by volunteers who are leaders in the healthcare field in North Texas.  Because of this, funding is used for greatest impact.  


ACHE of North Texas Foundation exists to make a lasting impact on the world of healthcare in North Texas through:

  1. Strategic investments in local nonprofits
  2. By advancing the education of healthcare professionals
  3. Fostering health equity
  4. Championing community service
  5. Cultivating diverse leadership to strengthen our community


ACHE of North Texas Foundation accomplishes these goals by giving grants, volunteer support and enhanced visibility to local nonprofits who are doing work:

  1. Promoting Healthy Communities: By helping under-championed communities or segments of the population reach their greatest health potential and outcomes.
  2. Developing a Robust Healthcare Leadership and Workforce Pipeline: By training and growing healthcare leaders and professionals in needed subject matter specialties for under-championed communities and population.

Needs

ACHE of North Texas Foundation seeks general operational funding that enables the Healthcare Equity Grant Program. ACHE of North Texas Foundation is unique in that it is 95% run by volunteer local healthcare leaders.
