We are a non-profit organization specializing in fundraising and event planning for families who are actively pursuing adoption. In the United States, the cost of adoption can range from $0 to upwards of $70,000, depending on the avenue of adoption. These numbers are often overwhelming to families that are wanting to adopt, but may not have the financial means to do so. That’s where our non-profit comes in. Our primary goal is to work alongside adoptive families by spearheading fundraising efforts and working with other charitable organizations to help lighten the financial payload of adoption.

Needs
As a nonprofit in our first operating year, we have raised over $24,000 and have assisted or are currently working with three families in fundraising for their adoption expenses. In order to reach more families and grow our mission, we need your help! We are so excited to be a part of North Texas Giving Day for the first year, and are very grateful for any support that you can provide on this special day. North Texas Giving Day funds will support the operations of Adoptable, which includes helping to build a larger budget for families, so that we are able to help more hopeful adoptive families in the years to come.

It is our belief that every child deserves a loving home to grow up in, and we are committed to helping make adoption a more achievable goal for families everywhere by offsetting the cost of adoption through fundraising.
