Your Aledo Education Foundation exists to enrich teaching by providing more than $287,000 to teachers in 2019-2020 and over $2,100,000 since its inception in 2013, inspire learning by funding more than 550 Innovative Teaching Grants and Championship Campus Grants, and maximize innovative opportunities for the more than 6,500 students in Aledo ISD, ranked one of the best school districts in Texas!
Our Needs
Aledo ISD has spent over $1 million to provide seemless in-class and virtual learning opportunities for our 6,500 students. We continue to provide meals and technology, including internet connectivity to our students at costs that are not refunded by TEA. The AEF seeks to assist the District in recouping many of these unforeseen expenses.
Mission
The Aledo ISD Education Foundation partners with the community to provide private resources to enrich teaching, inspire learning, and maximize innovative opportunities for all students in the Aledo ISD.
