Allen Eagle Robotics was formed at Allen High School in Allen, TX. Founded in 2014. We started with 15 student members, one of which was female. Now, we have expanded to 55 student members, 23 female. We grow STEM and STEAM in our community and North Texas through various outreach events and increased recruiting efforts at elementary and middle schools. Additionally, our student leadership started off as 17% female and has now grown to 85.7%, which has created a more well-rounded approach to team design and interactions.
We spread the message of STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art and Mathematics) through the theme of i^4: Innovative, Inquisitive, Inclusive and Inspiring. As the most positive and real solution, we encourage future STEAM leaders to embrace i^4 to learn, grow, and soar to new heights.

Inclusion is a key tenet of Eagle Robotics, and we strive to exemplify it in all our work. By partnering with affiliate organizations and attending community events, we ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow with hands on STEM activities. Through our programs, we are able to directly impact underrepresented, financially-disadvantaged, and special needs students.
