The Artis the Artist Foundation has been providing scholarships to graduating high school seniors who plan to study The Arts (Visual, Performing, Literary) since 2012.
Our Needs
This foundation needs donors who are willing to donate dollars to assist us with providing college scholarships to artists. Our goal is to provide a minimum of five, $5,000 scholarships to deserving artists who are planning to attend college and continue their education in any area of The Arts.
Mission
Educating and Encouraging the Artist of Tomorrow!
Since 2012, The "Artis The Artist" Foundation has given scholarships to graduating seniors who plan to study The Arts (Music, Painting, Literary, Drama and Design). The Foundation was started in memory of my son Artis James (AJ), an award-winning artist whose legacy has yet to be determined. Over thirty-five students have received scholarships since 2012.
