Be Natural Music Therapy and Wellness is a community-based 501c3 organization founded in 2019 with a vision of improving the overall wellbeing of teens and adults. We are dedicated to supporting, advocating for, and educating underserved communities in the southern sector of Dallas County and surrounding areas. Be Natural is actively tackling the challenge of poor mental and physical health outcomes within these communities.
Located in Cedar Hill, Texas, our holistic, simple, effective strategies include self-expression initiatives, wellness/stress management initiatives and mental health first aid (MHFA) skills-based certification. By providing comprehensive support and practical skills, we empower individuals to improve their overall well-being, lower stress-related health risks, and build resilience, fostering healthier and more vibrant communities.

Be Natural Music Therapy and Wellness is seeking funding to impact communities in southern Dallas County
*Facilitate Our Programs: Continue to offer quality programs utilizing essential tools including percussion, laptops/software and meditation tools to ensure program effectiveness
*Enhance Existing Programs: Increase outreach with current program offerings to teens and adults in underserved communities
*Recruiting and Training Volunteers: Mental health first aid and drumming facilitator training to continue to provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, quality education and skills-training programs to participants and their families.
Our programs teach and cultivate healthy coping strategies, self-expression skills, emotional self-regulation, stress management and development of a sense of community.
Be Natural provides community-based advocacy, education and support inclusive of all levels of ability. We do not discriminate against any culture, gender, age or religious beliefs.
