We serve children and families in North Texas through various programs such as Buckner Foster Care and Adoption, which provides families for abused or neglected children; Buckner Family Pathways, a self-sufficiency program for single parents; Buckner Family Hope Center at Bachman Lake, Buckner Family Hope Center at Wynnewood, and Buckner Family Hope Center in West Dallas, which seeks to equip families through job skills and financial empowerment classes, as well as child and youth development, counseling and spiritual development; North Texas Client Assistance, which gives temporary aid to families in trauma; NextStep, a supervised independent living program for young women who have aged out of foster care that supports their educational, career and independent living goals to ultimately achieve self-sufficiency; and Buckner Center for Humanitarian Aid, the central processing center for Buckner Shoes for Orphan Souls.

Our Needs

The most vulnerable children and families Buckner International serves need immediate relief amid the skyrocketing inflation and social unrest.

Together we can provide a safe and loving family for a vulnerable child, coach single-parents to become self-sufficient by pursuing higher education and keep families together by providing critical services, aid, and coaching to keep them strong.

By giving a generous gift to Buckner, you can join us in this important work. Together, we can bring hope to North Texas children and families and help get them back on their feet.

Mission

The mission of Buckner International is to follow the example of Jesus by serving vulnerable children, families and seniors.
