The Building Educating Life Leaders Foundation (BELL Foundation) is a Nonprofit Charitable Organization (501c3) that serves victims of gun violence in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The BELL Foundation responds to the emotional needs of these victims and supports their family members through the cycle of grief that, inevitably, comes with losing a loved one. We provide resources to victims and their families with free services such as grief counseling, support networks, community education, and therapeutic activities that are peer-based and ongoing.

Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals and families affected by gun violence in the inner city by providing them mentorship, resources, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. We strive to instill confidence, self-esteem, and essential life skills, enabling them to navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and become successful, independent individuals. By fostering a supportive sisterhood, we endeavor to break the cycle of poverty, inspire lifelong learning, and create a generation of strong, resilient women who will positively impact their communities. Building Educating Life Leaders Foundation (BELL-Foundation) aims to strategically support and create tactical channels and resources that stimulate self-discovery, inclusion, development, and transformation success for individuals and families affected by gun violence through value-adding, real-life solution-oriented education and tools.
