Mission

The mission of Building Pathways, inc. is to transform lives and communities by creating opportunities to encourage, educate, empower, and retain employees in the construction industry. Our vision is to increase the retention rate in construction through career growth and personal development. Building Pathways aspires to be a beacon of hope, offering guidance and support to our clients as they embark on their journey towards a brighter future.

Needs

Building Pathways is dedicated to expanding our transformative programs that equip disadvantaged youth and young adults with crucial skills for the construction industry.

To achieve this, we are focused on two primary needs:

1. Securing full funding for our dedicated staff

2. Gathering financial resources to initiate an additional Building Pathways program.

Ensuring our staff are fully funded is vital for maintaining the high quality of training and mentorship that our participants depend on. Additionally, the launch of a new program will allow us to reach a broader segment of our community, offering more individuals the opportunity to build sustainable careers and positively impact their lives. Your support can make a significant difference by providing the necessary resources to empower our team and expand our capacity to change lives.
