What we do

Each year Collin County Aggie Moms spend countless volunteer hours preparing to welcome our new incoming Texas A&M Students and their families from Collin County with a Howdy Party in July at the Texas A&M AgriLife Building in Dallas. We welcome our Yell Leaders and and introduce them to Texas A&M Traditions. In September we host the new incoming moms at their New Mom's Welcome. Through out the year we host fundraising events to provide student scholarships and grants to their student organizations which are awarded each May. To support each other during the school year we have meetings with speakers and social activities for all the moms.

Our Needs

To support Collin County Texas A&M Students through Scholarships and grants to their Student Organizations. We share the Texas A&M Traditions with our new Moms while promoting fellowships and friendships.

Mission

The Collin County Texas A&M University Club is one of more than one hundred Aggie Moms Clubs across the country. We are organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. "We strive by individual and united effort to contribute in every way to the welfare of the students at Texas A&M University and to cooperate with the University in maintaining a high standard of moral conduct and intellectual attainment." We make new friends and have fun in the process! Aggie Moms are proud, proud of Texas A&M University, proud of the daughters and sons they send to Texas A&M and proud of making a contribution: to the education of their Aggies, to the future of Texas A&M University and to the future of the Great State of Texas.

Needs

We raise money to provide scholarships to incoming and continuing Collin County Texas A&M Students and provide grants to their on campus student organizations.
