Caddies For Kids is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that provides youth development and mentorship for kids and teens through the game of golf.
Our program provides junior golfers and their families with access to exceptional high school caddies that lead by example, provide mentorship, and help promote positive life lessons. All caddies in the program are on a high school golf team and meet required criteria, including safety training and a current endorsement from their golf coach. Caddies have the option to receive service hours or compensation for their efforts. In turn, our caddies are put in a position to develop leadership skills, along with the opportunity for a scholarship award as they become role models for the youth through the game they love.
Caddies For Kids focuses on our four pillars: Youth Mentorship, Junior Golf, College Scholarships and Internships.

Testimonials
“Caddies For Kids has taught me that my true success is measured not only on the golf course but extends through my actions as a human being. The program has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and open myself up to different kinds of people, different cultures, and backgrounds. I have been fortunate to have developed strong relationships with my golf coaches that have given me valuable life skills and the CFK program has given me the opportunity to mentor the junior players coming up in the sport by setting an example for them to follow."
- Isabella L. (High School Caddie)
"Caddies For Kids has taught me valuable lessons about leadership, communication, and the power of positive influence. The joy and satisfaction I have gained from seeing the positive changes in the lives of kids in the program has inspired me to continue seeking out opportunities to make a difference in my community."
- Jonah W. (High School Caddie)
“My son Jack scored a personal best on Saturday! He absolutely loved his time with his caddie. He wanted me to email you THAT IT WAS AMAZING in all caps. They seem to be a great pairing and I am so thankful. I enjoyed watching from a distance :). His caddie kept Jack focused, having fun and in great spirits. I have a few tournaments scheduled for Jack that I just put in, requesting the same caddie. As a single mom who knows very little about the strategy of golf, I cannot imagine any other way to get through this without your program. Jack's passion is golf and I am happy that I get to keep it going for him.”
- Nicole K. (Junior Player Parent)
“Caddies for Kids is the program we were waiting for! We always wanted to show and teach our kids servant leadership but didn’t necessarily know how. This is the avenue! Our kids have enjoyed being paired up with all of the junior players. Giving them the coaches perspective has even helped our relationship coaching them. I’d recommend it for any team!”
- Paige M. (High School Golf Coach)
Our mission is to create opportunity for kids and teens to enhance their own self-development by building confidence, boosting self-esteem, and experiencing the good life lessons that golf can instill through our program.
Our vision is to create a national platform that allows high school caddies in our program to mentor the youth through 250,000 rounds of golf across the United States by 2030.
As a donor-funded NPO, we rely on charitable contributions to make it possible for kids and teens to connect and grow in our program. With your support, we will continue to enlarge our platform and provide more opportunity for youth mentorship, membership grants, caddie grants, and college scholarship awards.
Contributions are tax-deductible and can be made by an individual or on behalf of a company.
