Center for Transforming Lives works side-by-side with women and their children facing poverty to access all the services they need to transform their lives. Our services address nearly every barrier women in poverty might face, including safe housing, early childhood education, access to clinical counseling, and financial and emotional instability. We are proud to work alongside women and their children at any point on their way toward prosperity to create long-term, sustainable outcomes.
Center for Transforming Lives is the only provider in North Texas to offer comprehensive services that address the most critical needs for women and their children facing poverty: housing services, early childhood education, financial strengthening services, and clinical counseling. Our services are trauma-informed and two-generational, which are imperative approaches to ensuring women and their children achieve long-term success, ultimately disrupting the cycle of poverty.
At Center for Transforming Lives, we know that when women and children facing poverty can access all the services they need from a centralized provider in a way that is compassionate, trauma-informed, and two-generational, we can disrupt the cycle of poverty.
Center for Transforming Lives is dedicated to disrupting the cycle of poverty by creating long-term, sustainable outcomes that transform the lives of women and their children facing poverty. We know from nationally backed research and our long history providing this specific combination of services - housing, early childhood development, financial strengthening, and clinical counseling - while simplifying access to those services is not only effective but critical to disrupting the cycle of poverty.
The Center for Transforming Lives works side-by-side with women and their children throughout Tarrant County to disrupt the cycle of poverty by providing comprehensive homeless services, early childhood education, economic mobility services, and clinical counseling.
For more than 100 years, CTL has served as a catalyst for change, working against inequality by disrupting the cycles of poverty and homelessness. CTL understands the role that racial, educational and economic inequities have played in creating and maintaining poverty. Working alongside women and their children, CTL addresses these barriers, providing opportunities and tools to help families overcome social and economic injustice. We believe that when we work TOGETHER, change is possible.
