ChristianWorks for Children is a full-service counseling center for children and families. We're building healthy homes and families through our eight core service areas. Our counselors are trained with unique specialties and subspecialties that meet a broad range of clients and needs. ChristianWorks for Children offers sliding scale counseling services that include individual counseling (child & adult), family therapy as well as couples and premarital therapy. GriefWorks is a free support group for children and families who have experienced the death of a loved one. ChristianWorks also hosts a 3-day summer bereavement camp, Camp Sunrise, is for children who have experienced the death of someone close to them. KIDWorks is a free support group for children who are struggling with the divorce of their parents, and Just Family is a supportive place for blending families to be "just family". In each of our support groups for children and teens, we aim to create a safe environment where children can share their personal story. By normalizing their experience, we can help these children know they are not alone. Becoming Mom offers free counseling, classes & mentoring to pregnant women and or fathers-to-be by encouraging them in their journey to becoming successful parents. Becoming mom offers free services to new parents with a child up to 36 months of age. CareWorks helps orphans in developing countries through partnerships with supporting churches and non-profits. We provide financial support, counseling, and training for organizations in Cambodia, El Salvador, Ghana, and Honduras. Through each of the ministries at ChristianWorks, we provide help to children and families who are facing life's toughest challenges. ChristianWorks is also a state-licensed adoption and foster care agency and our AdoptionWorks ministry provides a full range of services including pre and post-adoptive counseling and support groups.
