CityBridge Health Foundation is a dedicated group of staff and volunteers who believe that healthcare should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to our calling and driven by our faith to provide free health care to those who cannot afford it. We help make urgent care services available, free of charge, to those who are uninsured or underinsured (with no qualification requirements). We do this in the name of Jesus Christ, and we attempt to care for the whole person, including clinical care, spiritual care, and familial and social needs. Where we cannot directly meet the needs of those we serve, we refer them to organizations we believe may be able to help.
We treat the following conditions: fever, cold, cough, sore throat, ear aches, infections, minor trauma, asthma, GI issues, and acute illness.
We provide the following testing: sports physicals, school physicals, pregnancy tests, and select urgent care labs.
We provide the following additional services: information on community resources and partners, health education, and spiritual support.

CityBridge Health Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization with a mission to support and fund healthcare operations and related services to vulnerable individuals and families in Collin County and beyond. We focus on making healthcare services available to those who struggle to afford healthcare.
We're currently seeking funds to support the expansion of medical services at CityBridge Urgent Care. Most days, we have more people seeking urgent care services than we can serve. In order to increase the number of patients we can serve each day, we need to hire additional clinical staff and purchase medical supplies.
