Poverty is a detriment to society that can hold back entire communities. Fortunately, we have the option to help others facing hardships. The Dallas Morning News Charities funds 15 local organizations that help people who are homeless and hungry.

A gift of $25 can provide food and hope to someone in need. A gift of $100 can help a family move into transitional housing. The News pays all administrative costs of the campaign, which means 100% of all gifts go directly to the agencies for basic needs like food, shelter, emergency assistance, and job training.

Our Needs

Donations help provide food, clothing, transitional housing, financial assistance, and other forms of short-term relief to the homeless and those on the verge of homelessness. Making a difference only takes a moment. Giving a gift can change a life. To help, visit dmncharities.com. Thank you!
