DFW French Bulldog Rescue (DFWFBR) is a 501(c)(3) IRS registered non-profit founded in 2023. Based out of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we rescue French Bulldogs from a variety of situations from shelters, owner surrenders, commercial breeders, or good Samaritans. We provide a warm home, vetting, spay and neuter, and provide the individualized care, whether medical or behavioral, these French Bulldogs need prior to being adopted. Our goal is to find the right owner for the French Bulldog's within our care to ensure they are able to live a healthy and happy life in their loving home.

We take in French Bulldogs from a variety of backgrounds from reactivity to medical cases.

Those with a history of reactivity, we take the time to work with the dog to understand it's reasoning for said reactivity, training is then implemented, and once rehabilitated, the French Bulldog is given the best shot at finding their forever home.

We take in French Bulldogs with more medical needs from IVDD, Hemivertebrae, Swimmer’s Syndrome, PDA, heart murmurs, heartworm positives, various degrees of prolapse, eye related injuries, prior ear traumas, to skin allergies. We provide the treatment that individual needs for a healthier and greater quality of life. Once medically clear, the French Bulldog is able to then be adopted and focus on receiving the endless, well deserved amount of love in their new home.
