DFW Wildcare is a non-profit organization committed to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of native Texas wildlife, specializing in cottontail rabbits.
At DFW Wildcare, our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and release native wildlife back into their natural habitats. Every year, thousands of injured, orphaned, and displaced animals come to us in need of urgent care and sanctuary. However, the resources required to provide this life-saving care are immense, and we can’t do it alone.
We need your support—both financial and through volunteer efforts—to continue this critical work. Funding is essential for providing medical treatment, food, and safe habitats for the animals in our care. It helps us purchase food, medicine, and necessary supplies to give the animals in our care the best chance to fully recover.
But funding alone isn’t enough. Volunteers are the heart of our organization. We need passionate individuals to help with animal care. Your time and skills can make a tangible difference in the lives of these animals and help ensure their successful return to the wild.
By contributing to our cause, either financially or by volunteering, you become an essential part of our mission to safeguard the wildlife that enriches our ecosystem.
Together, we can give these animals a second chance at life and protect the biodiversity that makes our world so extraordinary. Thank you for your support!
