Our Needs

We work to raise funds that help cover the rise in operational program costs. Through donations, fundraisers, and community partnerships, we are able to avoid raising the cost of programming for our participants, and therefore keep programs as accessible as possible. Lowering the cost of programming is vital to our mission in expanding the reach and impact of travel-based, experiential programming.

Mission

ECHO Education's mission is to provide experiential learning programs for students across the North Texas area. We think it's important for students to not only learn about Texas History and Science in the classroom, but to experience it as well!

Each program is crafted to encourage extensive learning in a experiential, educational atmosphere. From the moment the students step aboard our first-class, safety-first charter buses, our staff engages participants through activities, lessons, and games that explore History and Science specific to Texas!

Needs

Given the travel-based aspect of our programs, ECHO Education faces rising costs each year. We not only host, guide, and teach participants on their day-long adventures, ECHO Education also plans each school's program in its entirety- meals, program materials and T-shirts, souvenirs, venue entry, and charter transportation.

Among the costs to launch a program, charter transportation continues to make up 70% of a programs total cost. Each year, cost of programming increases. We at ECHO Education work to maintain the lowest operational cost to continue providing programs at accessible pricing.

Donors, fundraisers, and sponsorships help make our TEXcursions accessible to ALL students!
