At Emmanuel Labor, we concentrate our focus on the root cause of homelessness; radically reducing the amount of time a person struggles and the amount of money being wasted. 

The root cause of all homelessness is the breakdown of nuclear relationships. The origin and the extent of the breakdown is the mystery.

We know everyone's story is unique and their solution is in their story.

So, we learn the story and build a plan.

We are relentless in our efforts to create and foster environments and situations where people feel safe to open up and be transparent about their situation.

To help learn a person's story and combat the experiences of homelessness and poverty, we offer a "nuclear" relationship as long as it's needed to each person we encounter, modeling the love of Jesus Christ. The experience of being loved, valued, and appreciated for the one of a kind person each individual is, helps each person realize they are a masterpiece worth being known. This transformational thinking helps us guide a person to realize the most valuable thing anyone ever owns are their relationships; especially one with Jesus. Once a person is focused on engaging people and valuing their neighbors as themselves, the road to stable living and housing is much smoother and ultimately permanent.
