Our Mission is to provide Life-Changing Counseling Services for ALL of Texas. By ALL, we mean ALL are welcome - individuals, couples, families, siblings, children, adults, seniors, and more.
We help people feel better by sending counseling and resource support to the people who need it, in the way they can best access it, depending on their circumstances. This means having community-based office locations, school-based counseling services, home-based trauma support for foster children, in-home therapy for homebound seniors, school-based telehealth on-demand, and state-wide telehealth services for all individuals.
Finding a local provider, taking time off work, and social distancing can make it tough to know where to go for quality mental health care. We are here to bridge that gap with a multitude of providers, services, and languages available regardless of your location in Texas. We do this because we believe that every Texan should have access to quality mental health counseling.
We need your help to fund our programs across North Texas.
These include Alliance Afterschool, offering free on-site therapy for children from low-income backgrounds, and our Mental Health Outreach Program, providing free group therapy for domestic violence survivors, youth, and individuals experiencing homelessness.
We also offer one-on-one counseling, couples therapy, and play therapy, with our therapists trained in various techniques including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and more.
