Family R.O.C.K. is an organization for people with special needs and their families. We currently run a day program for adults, now known as an I.S.S. facility, in Kennedale, TX., called Family R.O.C.K. Days. Days was created to encourage individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to experience their best life by providing opportunities for them to learn, grow, serve, and socialize.

Mission

Family R.O.C.K. strives to be a nonprofit organization providing services, resources, and support for people with special needs and their families. We desire to encourage and inspire people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive not only within their community of peers, but also within the community outside of their special needs; while educating and supporting their families in helping them overcome obstacles and to succeed.

Our Motto is Defeat Indifference, Surpass Tolerance, Embrace Inclusivity

R.O.C.K. stands for Reaching Out to Christ's Kids. Our vision for Family R.O.C.K. is one from God. We want each and every person who comes to Family R.O.C.K. to know that they are a creation of the one true God, and that He sees them, knows them, and loves them just the way they are. That is why we have chosen this key verse; "I praise you because you made me in an amazing and wonderful way. What you have done is wonderful. I know this very well." - Psalms 139:14 ICB
