The Gainesville ISD Education Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit tax-exempt philanthropic organization of citizens. It shares a vision of enhancing education in the Gainesville ISD, works to increment private support for scholastic activities in the Gainesville ISD, and benefits Gainesville ISD students and teachers by supporting activities not funded by tax dollars. The Gainesville ISD Education Foundation fosters creative approaches to education through private grants and involvement. The Gainesville ISD Education funds awards through a volunteer Board of Directors made up of business, community, and education leaders.
We are in need of funds for Student Scholarships, Teacher Grants and classroom supplies for our free resource store. We need your help in supporting our future!
GEF is presently collecting money for senior scholarships, teacher supplies, Gainesville ISD teacher grants, and educational initiatives. Your contributions will enable us to make sure Gainesville ISD teachers have all the resources necessary to provide top-notch instruction. Your donation will have a significant impact on our district, helping Gainesville ISD teachers and students receive classroom supplies, student scholarships, and teacher innovative grants.
Teachers in Gainesville ISD submit grant proposals with the goal of innovating, inspiring, and improving student instruction. We will pool our resources to support the creative concepts and cutting-edge teaching aids that educators require to perform at the top! Last year, we could not fund all requests, and we know the tools are out there to enhance education for our students. We want to fund as many teacher requests as possible. Please join us!
