Giving Grace's goal is to empower change to help individuals overcome homelessness and housing instability through resources, relationships, and community with the love of Jesus. Our approach is holistic, and our goal is to break the cycle of generational homelessness.
You can be a hero to a family in Denton County through supporting Giving Grace this North Texas Giving Day!
Our Programs:
Street Outreach - Street Outreach identifies persons experiencing homelessness at their point of need - in the street, encampments, abandoned buildings, and other places not meant for human habitation. We assess their barriers to shelter and refer them to resources.
Housing and Readiness - Housing and Readiness focuses on assisting individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness with resources to eliminate barriers, secure housings, and create stability. We pair resources with a 3 phase Readiness Program to empower, equip, and encourage their path of transformation.
Rise with Grace - Rise with Grace is our seven phase, up to 2 year case management program that is individualized for each client and includes checkpoints along the way. The program is holistic and addresses physical, mental, and emotional needs. Relational intervention is a key component to the success of the program.
Love First - Love First is our grand vision for a life-changing community campus that will include housing, paired with supportive services, for up to 75 families. It will provide a place of transition and growth for families in Denton County seeking to break the cycle of homelessness and housing instability and transform their lives! Homelessness and housing instability are affecting a growing number of families each year in Denton County. Stable and affordable housing is vital and we believe that in combination with community and relationships, transformation occurs. Love First will provide a holistic solution.
