Grace Place Properties “Provides Intentional Ministry Solutions for Complex Social Problems.” There is no more complex social problem than men and women who have been incarcerated returning back to their communities. Without help, guidance, and the safety of a Christ-centered community, the chances of these men and women returning to both the dysfunction of their previous life and the crime that not only impacted their life but the lives of the victims and communities from which they came is great.

Grace Place Properties addresses these complex social issues from two related but distinctive perspectives: transitional living in a Christ-centered environment which keeps the community accountable and connected. Secondly, each participant is engaged in a program that combines both online and in-person courses addressing the spiritual, emotional, recovery, and re-entry needs of each person. Personal case management for each participant with a customized exit/transition plan is a part of their program.

Equity Statement

Grace Place Properties strives to create an environment of grace and belonging by helping participants through the following process...

1. Provide affordable, safe, transitional housing and programming to stabilize and equip each participant for the rigors of everyday life.

2. Create second chance economic opportunities through a network of "felon friendly" employment partners so that every man and woman who comes through Grace Place Properties has the dignity of working and providing for themselves.

3. Connect our participants with the Body of Christ for worship and service opportunities.

A Grace Place Property participant does not have to have a relationship with Christ to receive the services provided. However, we unashamedly teach from a Christ-centered, evidence-based perspective.
