The One Heart Project is a transformative initiative dedicated to changing the lives of justice-involved youth and at-risk students in public schools. Our mission is to break the "crib to prison" pipeline by providing these young people with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to succeed. We work with youth at a critical juncture in their lives, offering them a second chance through our comprehensive Second Chance Pathway program.

This program is designed to meet the unique needs of each individual by providing staged education, mentoring, life skills training, and employment opportunities. Our goal is to foster personal growth and equip these youth with the skills necessary for successful, independent living. The results speak for themselves: our programs have led to more than a 50% reduction in recidivism rates, with many youth experiencing a 95% positive change in measured offender status after completing our 18-week program.

At the heart of our success are our Youth Development Specialists—dedicated professionals who counsel, mentor, and teach the youth in our program. However, to continue this vital work, we need your support. Our current priority is to secure the funds necessary to retain these specialists and expand our reach, particularly at our Rockwall facility, where we aim to raise $25,000.

Your donation will directly impact the lives of young people who might otherwise be lost to the cycle of incarceration. By contributing to The One Heart Project, you are not just giving a gift; you are giving hope, opportunity, and a second chance at life. Together, we can make this the last generation caught in the "cradle-to-prison" pipeline and help these youth build a brighter, more successful future.

Will you join us in making a difference? Your generosity can change lives.
