Heart of Town is a non-profit 501c3 Charitable Clinic providing health services to underserved residents of Wise County. At Heart of Town we believe that healthcare is a ministry. We strive to create a healthy comminity by bringing medical service to all of our neighbors, whether they are uninsured or underinsured.

Needs
We are currently raising funds to build out our new clinic space. This will allow us to provide a full range of medical services to our clients. We are planning for 3 exam rooms, 2-3 counseling rooms and a classroom for providing education on various health related topics.
