WHO WE ARE

Each year, with your help, the impact our Foundation has on the students and teachers of Keller ISD continues to grow!  We want to be top of mind for educators when it comes to meeting their classroom needs.  We know that every time we have positive impact on an educator, that gift trickles down to impact every student in their classroom. Children are our future, the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers who will shape the world to come.  At the heart of their potential stand educators, the true architects of tomorrow.  With every lesson taught, challenge overcome, and spark of curiosity ignited, educators hold the key to unlocking the limitless possibilities within each child.  By supporting our teachers today, we are empowering and inspiring our students tomorrow, laying the foundation for a brighter, more prosperous future for us all. Without a doubt, investing in our children means investing in the educators who guide and shape their path forward. 

GRANT OPPORTUNITIES 

In 2023-2024, we proudly funded over $102,000 in Educator Grants and Professional Development Scholarships for educators in Keller ISD. Educator grants are vital because they provide teachers with the resources and flexibility needed to enhance the learning experience and meet the diverse needs of their students. Often, schools face budget constraints that limit access to new technology, creative materials, or specialized programs. Educator grants bridge this gap, empowering teachers to implement innovative teaching methods, fund classroom projects, and create a more engaging, hands-on learning environment.  By supporting professional development, these grants also help educators stay current with the latest teaching strategies, fostering both teacher growth and student success. Ultimately, educator grants fuel creativity and innovation, directly benefiting the students and enriching the overall quality of education.

ADVANCING EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES 

We support a variety of different District Initiatives to ensure that our students have the best opportunities we can provide.  Last year alone, we provided a $20,000 grant to supply solar eclipse glasses for our entire district, funded AP Scholarships to offset exam costs for families, and supported events like the KISD Job Olympics, Film Festival, Teachers of Tomorrow and more.  With your help, we hope to pave the way for new and exciting opportunities for our students.   

THE O.N.E. FUND

The O.N.E. Fund is a newly established program that has been created so that the Foundation can offer support and resources to ALL Keller ISD students and teachers throughout the school year by providing a bucket of funding for ongoing needs and essentials, as those needs arise.  The goal of this fund is to provide a conduit of giving for our local community to directly and effectively impact classrooms, and to allow our donors to give in the specific areas that they are most passionate about.  We encourage our entire Keller ISD community to unite as O.N.E. for the success of ALL in our district at this critical time in public education!  

OUR NEEDS

This year we will award up to $120,000 Educator Grants and Professional Development Scholarships and we will fund over $50,000 in district initiatives.   In addition, we will be providing #ONEfunding throughout the year to meet the ongoing needs and essentials of our schools.

We need you now more than ever.  We are receiving more requests for help that ever before and it takes a united community to prioritize education in Keller ISD!  Your donation, however big or small, goes a long way towards helping our teachers enhance educational opportunities that inspire and engage students.
