$30,000 Goal

We would be surprised if YOU haven't seen youth disillusionment firsthand within your circle of family and friends. According to the Dallas Fed we have over 50 thousand of them in North Texas!

It is an epidemic with significant cost to our community: the fiscal burden to the taxpayer per young adult is conservatively estimated at $170,000 dollars; and the individual social burden is much higher, at half a million dollars.

The consequences of it for the young adults themselves are poor physical and mental health, underemployment, drugs and crime.

What captures your attention in the image and our intro video?

The young adults that attend our Switch workshop benefit greatly from the intersection of mindfulness, art, technology AND opportunity!

YOU work hard for your money and Switch works just as hard to ensure lifesaving opportunities reach our youth, allowing them to succeed in the workforce and life.

We provide the attendees of our workshops with the motivation and tools they need to be empowered to improve the one thing they have full control over: replacing negative narratives with positive ones. Effectively allowing them to dream and reach their full potential. We take them from being 'At Risk' to At Risk of Greatness.
