We are an open, non-fundamentalist Christian community serving University of North Texas, Texas Woman's University, North Central Texas College and anyone else in the neighborhood that practices radical welcome and hospitality! We are a Reconciling in Christ faith community that fully supports LGBTQIA+ individuals and works to dismantle the Church's long history of neglect and harm to our siblings in faith.
Come share in worship, Bible study, service, and community. During the academic year, we gather for food and fellowship on Thursday nights (6:00 - 7:30 pm) and for Bible Study/Worship on Sunday nights (7:00-8:30 pm) at The Wesley Foundation.
God's purpose for LCM is to provide a stable and affirming faith community for students to be fed physically and spiritually while seeking their place in the world.
Funding via donations from NTX giving day will supply weekly meals for any interested students on campus at UNT, as well as the ongoing operational expenses.
