Kadampa Meditation Center Texas

A nonprofit organization

Kadampa Meditation Center Texas (KMC Texas) is a diverse, warm, and vibrant spiritual community. People from all backgrounds come to find solutions for the challenges of busy, modern life and draw inspiration from Buddha’s teachings, the practice of meditation, and spiritual friendships.

We offer guided meditations in Dallas on Sunday at 11am, Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm, and Saturday mornings at 9.   Additionally, we have weeknight classes on Monday in Fort Worth and Plano, and on Wednesday in Denton (and coming soon - Garland).   For more information about these classes and other special events and retreats please visit out website at MeditationInTexas.org.

Join us in achieving inner peace and happiness through the practice of meditation and using Buddhist teachings in daily life.  Everyone Is Welcome!
