Mustard Seed Generation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that sparks and encourages continued dialogue around mental health within the Korean American community. We educate families with culturally appropriate resources, equip community leaders in identifying risk, and empower mental health professionals by hosting local and national summits.

33% of Korean Americans report struggling with depression and facing mental health challenges. Yet, Korean Americans are 3x less likely to seek professional help than white Americans.

We are changing this statistic. One person, one family, one community at a time. We invite you to join us!
