The mission of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. is to advocate on behalf of Black women and girls to promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education and economic empowerment.

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (NCBW) Fort Worth Metropolitan Chapter is committed to dismantling systemic barriers and advancing equity for Black women and girls. We believe in a world where race, gender, and socioeconomic status do not dictate opportunities or outcomes.
We are dedicated to:
Championing equality: We advocate for policies and practices that ensure Black women and girls have equal access to education, healthcare, economic opportunities, and leadership positions.
Amplifying Black voices: We provide a platform for Black women and girls to share their experiences, perspectives, and solutions to the challenges they face.
Building inclusive communities: We foster collaboration and partnerships to create communities where all individuals are valued, respected, and empowered.
Investing in the next generation: We nurture the leadership potential of young Black women and girls, equipping them with the tools and resources to succeed.
Holding ourselves accountable: We continuously assess our practices and policies to ensure they align with our equity commitments.
