Young Life Capernaum doesn't start with a program. It starts with adults who care enough about kids with disabilities to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building bridges of authentic friendship. Young Life Capernaum gives young people with intellectual and developmental disabilities the chance to experience fun and adventure, to develop fulfilling friendships and to challenge their limits while building self-esteem through monthly clubs, day-to-day life, other exciting activities.

Our Needs

Capernaum Young Life is hoping to expand into inner city Dallas so that students with disabilities will experience the love of Jesus. In order to do so, we need volunteers and the ability to successfully train our volunteers. We also need camp scholarships to send students with disabilities to experience the best week of their life at camp.
