OCCEA has been in operation for the past 48-years as an all volunteer agency. Hours of operation are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Our Needs

OCCEA is in partnership with Crossroads Community Services and North Texas Food Bank. We purchase additional grocery and hygiene items from local grocery stores to ensure that our clients receive the food and grocery supplies they need. Additional monetary funds are used to assist our clients with their electric/gas/water utilities.

Mission

Oak Cliff Churches for Emergency Aid (OCCEA) is a collective and collaborative effort of various denominations of churches in Oak Cliff and Dallas who provide emergency needs for our community area. OCCEA is primarily a food pantry offering a 3-4 day emergency food supply to families in need. Additionally, we sponsor a monthly drive-through food distribution with a goal to offer approximately 50-pounds of fresh produce, along with frozen meats, fruits, and vegetables. Referrals are given to meet additional needs of our clients.
