Welcome!

Welcome to Parkland Health's North Texas Giving Day Page! We are so glad you are considering giving to not only Parkland, but to the entire Dallas County community.

Why Donate to Parkland Health?

Preventing illness and injury keeps our community healthy. And because of our innovative approaches to care, Parkland Health is helping determine better ways to deliver population-based care nationwide to help control the rising cost of care.

Parkland Health recently deployed the Mobile Mammography Unity to make sure women across Dallas County had the ability to access breast health services.

We partner with faith-based organizations, schools, social service organizations and others to not only provide access to services and health education, but to also address the social determinants that impact health.

Donors are the lifeblood that transforms Parkland into one of the top public hospitals in the country. With your committed support, Parkland can extend its services to reach more who need us and enhance the quality of programs offered. The profound impact of your philanthropy will be felt for generations to come.

Building a healthy community is a responsibility we take very seriously.

Each year, Parkland sponsors Camp I-Thonka-Chi, a camp for children who suffer from a burn injury, to make sure they know they are not alone- and that there is a community of love of care surrounding them every single day.

We invite you to stand with us and share our commitment to making a difference. Together, we'll build a brighter future for Dallas.

Our Needs

Parkland is always ready and willing to help you and others who become ill or critically injured. Whatever the need, whenever the need — whether trauma, burn injury, natural disaster or public health emergency — Parkland stands ready to help with the most advanced medical care available anywhere in Dallas — and for that matter, anywhere in the nation.

Now more than ever, we need your help to meet the demands of providing quality medical care to a growing Dallas community.

Regardless of wealth or social status, Parkland cares for anyone who has suffered a traumatic injury. What's more, we offer physical therapy and rehabilitation to help patients get back on their feet and return to life's normal activities as soon as possible.

We also help Dallas by attending to the healthcare needs of our most "at risk" neighbors who have little or no insurance and — most important — nowhere else to turn. As reported in our audited financials, in fiscal year 2023 alone, we provided nearly $1.4 billion in uncompensated care to the most vulnerable people residing in Dallas County.

When you donate, every day your gift impacts:

  • 3,324 outpatients cared for
  • 33 Babies Born
  • Nearly 30,000 prescriptions filled
  • 604 patients seen in the ER
  • 650 Women who receive primary or prenatal care
  • The Entire Dallas County Community and Beyond

Your willingness to make a gift and stand for Parkland is deeply appreciated. Not only are you helping yourself and your loved ones, but you're helping community members with nowhere else to turn receive needed care.

Together, we'll create a healthier community and build a brighter future for Dallas.
